Fixing a Leaking Windshield:

Order a windshield gasket (any OEM supplier), and get a tube of 3M windshield adhesive from any auto parts store. Remove the screws around the windshield & cut out the old gasket. Remove the windshield. Clean up the glass (or replace it). Put a small bead of the 3M caulk inside the gasket where the glass slips inside the rubber. Now put the windshield gasket around the glass (while the glass is on the bench). Put a generous bead of the caulk around where the gasket will set in the windshield frame. Set the windshield & gasket assembly in the frame & push it tight against the glass so it sets. Install the retainer screws & you're waterproof!
