It's super easy:
Since you've never done this before, you're going to find that wherever two trim pieces meet, they stick together, sometimes quite strongly. Just gently work your fingers between the two trim pieces and gradually pry them apart. They will come apart, they are not glued, but you need to be careful so as not to break the edges off. Removal shouldn't take more then 15 minutes, installation is the reverse. I found it helpful to get a bucket or small safety cone to prop up the rear part of the overhead console while installing/removing it and while working with the overhead light connection. -Chris |
